You can send in your own HDD, or choose our HDD option and we will provide one for you.
Each Xbox 360 model (Fat, Slim, or E) uses a different external HDD case cover. If you purchase an HDD from us, it will include the correct matching case. You can also use your own compatible HDD if you prefer.

- You ship your HDD to us using your own packaging and shipping method
- We notify you when it arrives
- We install, set up, and preload your HDD
- We fully test everything before shipping it back
- We ship it back to you ready to play with tracking included
Most orders are completed within 15 days or sooner depending on workload.
1-Year Warranty
Your Xbox 360 includes a 1-year warranty covering hardware problems under normal use.
Customers pay shipping to us. We cover return shipping after repair.
Warranty does not cover:
Physical or liquid damage
Consoles opened by others
Power surge damage
Cosmetic wear
DVD drive repairs or replacement
If your console includes a DVD drive and it stops working later on, it may need to be repaired or replaced. Xbox 360 DVD drives and parts are becoming harder to find, which can make replacements more expensive.
For FAT models, the 1-year warranty is only valid with upgraded fans and the third fan upgrade installed. Without these upgrades, FAT models include a 60-day warranty only.
Warranty is only valid if the console is kept clean and properly maintained.
Most repairs are completed within 7–15 business days.
