Xbox 360 DVD drives and parts are becoming harder to find, which can make replacements more expensive. For FAT models, the 90-day warranty is only valid with upgraded fans and the third fan upgrade installed. Without these upgrades, FAT models include a 0-day warranty. Warranty is only valid if the console is kept clean and properly maintained. Most repairs are completed within 7–15 business days.
